Non – shooting guests will feel relaxed and at home in the lodge. The beautiful city of York is a 35 minute drive, luxury minibus hire can be arranged for ladies who enjoy shopping and lunch/tea at Betty’s or The Ivy.
Price includes -Bed, breakfast, all drinks, a set 3 course evening meal including house wine £230 per person or £335 two people sharing.

Anna is professionally trained in catering and hospitality and has been catering for shooting parties for over 25 years. There are a large selection of menus which can be emailed; simply chose a menu (set menu) for your dinner party . Anna has been involved in country sports and shooting most of her life, she regularly picks up with her Labrador Tess.
Selected fresh white fish, smoked fish and shell fish in a creamy thermador style sauce, topped with breadcrumbs and cheese, cooked in a scallop shell. Served with lemon and brown bread and butter.
Roast Beef Ribeye
Local beef ribeye cooked with shallots and thyme , served pink with Yorkshire puddings, roast potatoes , parsnips green vegetables , horseradish sauce and red wine and onion gravy .
