Seafood Thermidor 
Mixture of fresh fish and shellfish in a rich creamy sauce, topped with cheese and bread crumbs, baked in a scallop shell . Served with brown bread butter.

Roast Ribeye of Beef 
Best Givendale beef roasted (pink) served horseradish, Yorkshire pudding  gravy.
Roast potatoes and parsnips and seasonal vegetables.

Tart Tatin

Traditional French apple tart served with Calvados cream

Cheese Board (instead of a desert)

A large board for the table of selected popular cheeses, served with celery, biscuits and walnuts, fruit
